Because I never got to thank you in person, just a note to thank you for the valet you carried out on my car.
As you know I work very long hours as a senior financial advisor and it is very important to me that my car gives the right impression when I arrive at clients premises. I have had very little, if no time to clean my car of late and it was starting to look decidedly scruffy and causing me slight embarrassment; however I will not put my car through a car wash as I have done so in the past and had my car scratched and a bent aerial. Having you come to my office and valet my car is a "god send" especially when you don't ask for water or to plug in your electrical appliances.
Anyway, just to thank you for a brilliant and very convenient service, my car was the way it was when I bought it, and in my opinion extremely good value. You have a customer for life.
